- b. Your providing the Information to Sostronk and Sostronk's consequent storage, collection, usage, transfer, access or processing of the same shall not be in violation of any third-party agreement, laws, charter documents, judgments, orders and decrees.
2.9 Sostronk and its officers, directors, contractors or agents shall not be responsible for the authenticity of the Information that you or any other user provides to Sostronk. you shall indemnify and hold harmless Sostronk and its officers, directors, contractors or agents and any third party relying on the Information provided by you in the event you are in breach of this Privacy Policy including this provision and the immediately preceding provision above.
2.10 Your Information will primarily be stored in electronic form however certain data can also be stored in physical form. We may store, collect, process and use your data in countries other than the Republic of India but under compliance with applicable laws. 4.1 The Services are not available to you hereby unconditionally agree and permit that Sostronk may transfer, share, disclose or part with all or any of Your Information, within and outside of the Republic of India to third party service providers / partners / banks and financial institutions for one or more of the Purposes or as may be required by applicable law. 10. Disputes and Jurisdiction

The courts of competent jurisdiction at Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the services provided by SoStronk.
In the event of any legal dispute which may arise, the party raising the dispute shall provide a written notification ("Notification") to the other party. On receipt of Notification, the parties shall first try to resolve the dispute through discussions. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute within fifteen (15) days of receipt of Notification, the dispute shall be settled by arbitration.
The place of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, India. All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English and in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.
The arbitration award will be final and binding on the Parties, and each Party will bear its own costs of arbitration and equally share the fees of the arbitrator unless the arbitral tribunal decides otherwise. The arbitrator shall be entitled to pass interim orders and awards, including the orders for specific performance and such orders would be enforceable in competent courts. The arbitrator shall give a reasoned award.

11. Choice/Opt-Out

You agree and acknowledge that you are providing your Information out of your free will. you have an option not to provide or permit Sostronk to collect Your Personal Information or later on withdraw Your consent with respect to such Personal Information so provided herein by sending an email to the grievance officer or such other electronic address as may be notified to You.

Sostronk may change the data privacy practices and update this Privacy Policy as and when the need arises, and the same will be made available on the Website/App. But our commitment to protect the privacy of Website/App users will continue to remain. Archetype Entertainment Private Limited or SoStronk or IMBR does not save your Facebook personal data on its server. However, if you want to delete your data from the IMBR App, you can remove your information by following these steps :

Go to your Facebook Account's Setting & Privacy.
Click on "Settings".
Look for "Apps and Websites".
Search and click on "IMBR" in the search bar.
Scroll and click on "Remove".
Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app activities and data from the IMBR app.
You will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook account.
